I have taken B-12 pills everyday and even tried the injections. I lead a busy lifestyle being a mom of 4 and wife thats tackles the household responsiblablity it is sometime leaves me tired and no energy.I need all the energy that I can get when you have a family . I am the mother, the wife, the cook , The Momonator and energy can't be borrowed it has to be the energy that last me to the of the day and night.
