I must admit I am guilty, I am very guilty of snoring. I didn't realize I had a snoring problem until one day my husband told me he could not fall asleep due to my loud snoring. I was like , No not me, and he was like YES INDEED YOU, snoring very loud. I did't believe him at all, I said he was just joking and being funny. Seriously, he decided to record me snoring. So, I must admit after hearing myself snore I was a little shocked that all that noise was coming from me. I had a friend that mention the snoring nose clip.I decided to give the snoring nose clip a try. I placed the clip between both of nostril(nose) and gently fall asleep. It felt funny having something in my nose at first, but after a day or two it no longer bothered me or felt funny at all. My husband decide to record me Yet Again, but this time to my progress and amazement, I DID NOT SNORE at all that night or the night after either. The snoring clips is great to have for someone like myself. No more Snoring for me.
