It is easy to make , healthy for you and is organic. I get almost 2 full cups out the bag. I add shrimp, and corn ( whole kernel), sweet peas. I stir-fry vegetables, the corn and sweet peas. I also lightly stir-fry the shrimps. I know have made my family  a meal.This is a dish that came across in a restaurant. I call this my stir-fry rice with additional options. I loved this product and definitely Will be having this at my table on Family.
